Back end development using C++

Question

Is C++ also used in back end development, in most of the tutorial I see that C ++ is mainly used or popular for program design , System design etc but I never see that anywhere specially about C++ backend use. So, if it’s used in back end then please tell me which are the frameworks that are used in it and if possible please tell how it’s used in it..
