How to create new content on button on click in JavaScript?

Hello,
I’m not very good at asking questions but I’d like to ask how to make new page content when a button is clicked. I know you don’t always do this by linking to a new page.
For example...
Page 1 - question 1
User clicks button
Page 2 - Another page appears with question 2
A lot of people do this in SL and obviously they can’t link to a file page in code playground, how do I achieve this?

Gordon Thanks, but Im pretty bad at Javascript. Could you explain each part of the JS so I can do it accordingly? I wouldnt like to go through a 2 hour tutorial, thank you.
