How can I generate report card comments separated into achievement levels?

Something like this?? Please help!

Excellent = ["Toby" , "Harry"]
Good = ["Jenny", "Jane"]
Average = ["Jo", "Sam"]
Poor = ["Ben", "Kelly"]

for names in excellent :
print(names + "has done an excellent job in science this year. Well done" + names)

A similar loop would then be written for good, average and poor.

I want to be able to categorize students into achievement levels for science eg excellent, good, average etc. Then I want to be able to print all the excellent students with a generic excellent comment eg, "Toby did excellent work in Science", "Harry did excellent work in Science"
Likewise with the names of the good students eg. "Jenny did good work in Science" and so on. Disregard link
