Actually learned whole python.....and I wrote code too... But I didn't catch that how to convert python file into an android app so could you pleace tell me how can i creat an app using python

For Android development you must use Java or Kotlin along with XML by using IDE like Android Studio or Eclipse. Python is used for other stuffs like building Machine learning algorithms, data science applications etc.

Python is not actually ised app development. To develop apps, learn C++, Java(especially) you or Kotlin.
