Why is python mostly used for machine learning? Why cant we use any other language for it? Is there any other language we use?

Just a question crept when I took machine learning course. It would be great if someone answers it!! Thanks in advance.. xD

No one said you can't use other languages ,just you have to write the ML algorithms from scratch then,also you won't likely get much help if you find yourself stuck somewhere , where as python has already ML libraries such as scikit that makes your work easier ,and a huge number of user base
