Is there any process to take the input after showing some printed lines in the code in these app?

I want to input some data through user, but in these app, before printing some information about the input [like what you should input], firstly the input is been taken ,then the output is shown.

No, unfortunately not. In sololearn playground you have to enter all needed inputs before any action is possible.
