If you want a second account, you must not do any activity that leads to earning badges or XP so no likes of codes or Q&A, no challenges, excetera. Many people have them and use them following the rules. SoloLearn and mods can easily catch those that cheat. We ban those permanently that do not play fair.

You can but if you use your account for xps gain or abuse then sololearn will track you and banned. Your solo I'd permanent + may be possible you will get device ban .....

But, what would be the reason for running two accounts? Perhaps we can be in a better position to advise.

Remember, there is a high possibility that you are more likely going to challenge yourself repeatedly to boost XPs.

If you need to gain XPs, you need to earn them fairly using different ways such as solving Code Coach (go for a pro account if you need more coding challenges); compete with other Sololearners but to succeed on this you need to master the language. You can create meaningful posts, questions, comments etc.

sign in 1 account in solo learn app and
second in solo learn web so
by this trick you can do it

We can sign in two accounts...but we can't use both at the same time..we can use any one account by signing out the other
