I have learned c++. But my dream is to be a game developer. What should language i learn and what software should i use?

If you know C++ perfectly then you should learn unity.

Unit is use for creating game and you can watch tutorials related to unity in YouTube.

Start from free version of unity because you may be beginners to unity. After understanding free version of unity, if you want you can buy the paid version of it.
