SQL and vs studio community

Guys please help me by pass error locating server instance specified on vs community 2017.

Please be more descriptive with the situation. At least describe what error is, and the message (if any). Is the SQL server in same or different machine. And it would be best if you can save your code in SoloLearn and share the link for others to review.
