It's too hard to create game in pure lang without any framework/engine. AAA-games often use c++ and their own engines, but nowadays you mustn't write your own engine for your game.
There are a lot of free good platforms for game developing such as Unity, Unreal, Cocos2d and etc. Some of them support more than one language for scripting.
Try to look at them and then you will be able to choose language for creating your game.

I love how people don't worry about the graphics, the animations, the sounds, and all that "extra" .. I guess I'm the only one with no artistic bone in my body :)
