Seb TheS Machine Learning is doesn't require Pro Subscription, you can just start the course. Only that you cannot skip some lessons.

Yes, the tutorials are completely free from the beginning to the end.

I'm not sure about the machine learning and data science tutorials, they might require pro subscription.

All the courses are free - which means you don't need to pay to get the certificates.

Although the new courses (ML and data science) requires you to have a PRO account - which can be considered as paying to the course indirectly
