I try to do everything what I can but it's not at all playing I tried another video from YouTube it's playing perfectly and it's playing in laptop only in mobile it's not playing. Please someone help to play video..

Your problem is simply about an upload option "embedable".

Login YouTube Studio
- > Videos
- > Edit
- > Embedable? Choose yes.
