Need help

HELLO, I DON’T KNOW WHEN I COME TO WRITE A QUESTION IT’S IN CAPS. I DONT HAVE CAPS LOCK ON AND IM ON MY IPAD. FOR SOME REASON MY SHIFT KEYS ARE BEING HELD DOWN AND I HAVE CLEANED IT AND EVEN PRESSED THE SHIFT KEYS TO TAKE THEM OFF BUT SOMEHOW ITS STILL ON. ANYONE ELSE HAVING THIS PROBLEM?

This was a problem on the ipad until an update or two ago. Are you running the latest versions of the app and iPadOS?

If you are fully updated, then try putting an email into SoloLearn through the feedback option.

Russ I JUST DOWNLOADED THIS APP YESTERDAY, I WOULD ASSUME IT WOULD BE UPDATED. I WILL CHECK RIGHT NOW
