Stat of declines

Question

It would be fine to display number of declines next to a user's won/draw/lost statistics. A user can have nice stat if accepts challenges only from lower rated players.

@Ram: earlier I declined Python challenges as I didn't know it at all but for a while I never decline anything. And then there was no way to disable weapons.
