What are the disadvantages of creating/developing your app from a computer that is not yours? A public computer.
I think I have learned all the languages I need to learn to start developing the app that I have been wanting to develop since I started learning to code. The problem is that I don't have a computer of my own. I don't know when my Mom will be able to buy me one. I'm thinking in going to our state public library but I'm also thinking in the cons of doing so. What do yall guys think? What should I do?

there is no disadvantage, just don't save it on the computer, keep it on your flash drive, or on a cloud storage like gmail or just cloud

I want to develop an app that has a list of niche, passions, and interesting topics to learn about. When a user clicks a topic it will bring them articles and important and useful information about the topic (the articles and information will be written by me) but most inportantly, it will provide them links to free and some paid courses online of the topic they clicked on. I have many ideas for this app but thats the main help of the app.
My goal is to make people take better advantage of their time and the internet to learn about their interests (Niche, Passions) that will be useful to them in the future. Sololearn inspired me to make this app because of its big help to their users. My app will be a little similar to Sololearn and at the same time very very different.
I have learned HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT and JAVA. Are there any other program or language you recomend me to learn?
If you think that my app is interesting and would like to help me create/develop it, you are welcome. Just E-mail me: Ruby10Deleon@gmail.com.
You must have good knowledge or be expert in all the languages/programs required to develop the app.
