Why there is no code coaches for Javascript?

Javascript is extremely popular nowadays. I want to solve code coaches to improve my problem solving skills and also for more XPs but I'm Javascript developer and I couldn't find any single code coach for JS. I'm sure there are many other just like me.

There can be many differences in the codes and the results because
each person will design differently . In the case of programming languages, the codes will be same and this will pass the test case but in case of web, it will result in different test cases being getting failed.

I am talking about the web. The same applies to javascript also.
Hackerrank specifies what to do
And how to do it and you can also use their big libraries but in sololearn you can't

There is no need to use entire web(html and css?). Javascript gives you the environment for problem solving and testing the cases which is as good as any other object oriented language.
Check the www.hackerrank.com. They are doing the same thing for years.
