I can't do any coding lessons

Question

I logged into my account after a few months of inactivity. When I went to watch a lesson of Javascript, I was stuck with a message saying "initializing JS" and then it gets stuck there. I've tried other languages but it gives me the initializing message. I've tried waiting it out but its still going. Not sure what to do... Any help is appreciated!

Reinstalling
Clear cache data.
Cheque internet connection

I don't use the app, I use the website.
I've tried logging out and logging back in
My internet connection is fine
I don't know how to clear my data
