Can any one teach me exception &File in python from basic

Question

Pls help me guys I also want to become a good coder like all. If I know the answer of your questions then I will also help you so please support me.. Guys.
I know only little about exception and file that is it used to creat error but questions is that why we creat error everyone wants that his/her code will run with no error so pls.. Tech me.. Guys.

Sometimes you can create an error when the user inputs the wrong kind of data.
Like if you ask for a name, you can raise an exception if the user enters any numbers.
