Challenges should not be able to submit unanswered questions.

sometimes you hit accept and it hangs then when you tab it again it changes to answering question and its always wrong as no answer is wrong. So no answer should give an error or alert right?

Normally, when the question is repeated, only the positions of the chests change and I do not think there is any possibility that the correct answer will change.
If you are going to challenge again in situations such as not having the internet already, it will continue with the same question.
