How can a person like me who is a student, has no work experience become a freelancer and a good one.

Not that easy. You first need to have a skill and be able to apply that skill to something people will pay for. Then you need people to pay for your service. Theres a million and one ways to do both of those things. if any of us knew, do you think we would be here?
