Why does SoloLearn reset my course without my consent?

I am studying html right now and the platform is always reseting the course and excluding the whole progress I had done before. That always happen when I leave Is that their policy? Do I always have to restart the course all over again when I acess it?

Thx, everyone. I think ÅKR is right. When I left the app opened for some minutes in my phone that happens. But when I quit the app and reopen it, the progress is still recorded. That's it. Thz for your attention!

This just happened to me in C++. I will try to log out of any instances I have open and re-log in in a few minutes and see if that clears the issue. I sure hope so!
