Guys I have one major doubt.....is I need to learn css before html...!!???

I would recommend you learn HTML and CSS in sync.

HTML is a hypertext markup language which is mainly used to create a structural layout of your webpage, even though you can do other things in it .
Its main job is known for layout.

while CSS(Cascading Style Sheets) on the other side is mainly used for styling your webpage, do cool animations and other stuff.
mind this is my recommendation.

Learn HTML then CSS and at last learn JavaScript.
