How can i make an array in my class that contains prime numbers for example, using my method isPrime

Note: i cant use loops in my class.

Note 2: im new at coding so dont blame me if the solution is too simple or im being dumb

If the number does not meet the condition of being a cousin number then what is added to the arrangement is a zero.Tu to use Math.Random () To try I do not use it because I do not know very well csharp. Tip suggestion is that you belong methods do not do it within the Main method but outside of it.
