Is XML a language like html..?, if so how can I learn ?, they say the knowledge is needed in Android app development.

1> it's not hard at all to find a lot of answer, even sololearn search is ugly,
2> good samaritans providing help here on their time are ( sometimes ) tired to answer always the same things, just because people are lazy :P
