After seeing so many done codes on html,css I'm thinking I con't learn and it's too big 😏😣😭

You do not need to learn all at once. If you are scared, do allow more time to understand concepts. Yes, seemingly lots of code could be written as engineering of fundamentals towards the goal. Build small things at a time. Take your time. Sololearn has step by step tutorial. Use that and play games with others to solidify your knowledge. You can master over days or weeks rather than learning all at once. If you are determined to do it, you should be able to do it as 1000s of people have done it. If you think your time is better spent doing something else, go for it.
