Does anyone have any information on Neurolab?

I found it on a "best neural network libraries for Python" website. Complete lie. When I downloaded the library and tried the learn it, I found there was little info on it. Barely any tutorials and support. I'm unable to get Tensorflow and Torch because of technical difficulties, I got Keras but it's virtually useless without Tensorflow. I am stuck, virtually no machine learning support except Sklearn I can use. Does anyone here use Neurolab?

Keras isn't virtually useless without tensorflow. You can very easily configure and use theano backend instead. That's all I can help as I don't know 'bout Neurolabs
