Where to start?

Question

I’m very new to this. My computer knowledge goes about as far as being able to build one and get it up and running. I currently work as a rehab Cousnler and I’m looking to move away from this field because the healthcare field is very limited in growth whereas this field is only going to continue to grow as technology furthers. So my question is what is the best place to start? Which courses will be most worthwhile? Any help is very much appreciated!
