Language setting problem

Question

I recently changed the app language in settings from English to Spanish, so all titles, options and texts changed to English.

Now I want to go back to the English language.

The application allows me to select the option, but the language does not change, all the titles, options and texts continue in Spanish.

What can I do to solve this problem?
