How do I create a virtual environment on my terminal? Guys?!

I use my phone to code and recently I've been trying to start on flask but creating a virtual environment using my pydroid interpreter just doesn't seem to work even though I followed the various instructions on the internet.

I don't own a pc, unfortunately. I've installed virtual environment on my pydroid app but I can't seem to activate it.
Do you have any suggestions?

if you're on PC you should install venv or virtual enviroment and add it to the system PATH

Tevin Yegon you can actually, Android is based on Linux and can do anything a PC can do, for the most part.
