Which language should I start with very confused pls suggest !( Which is mostly used for developing apps or which is mostly use)

Programming Language divide into tree that each one do different work ,
If you want to learn website languages , you should start to learn HTML Language
But If you want to learn computer languages you should start to learn from C++ or C.
So you should learn step by step .
