i'm beggner in c++ and python . my question is that can i use c++ and python to make a operating system ?

I think u can use c++ to make the interfaces and graphics of your operating system. But (I think) u need to know the machine language too, in order to make the operating system work.
But it is very very very hard to make a operating system by yourself. U need a team of very expert developers.
