try writing a game like ZORK (text adventure ) maybe with a more complex battle system.Play with the back end at first and gradually expose yourself to a game engine Unity perhaps.

get a book on that , its not that simple, it take much skills. a book like, introduction to 3d game programming can help

you can use javascript to create simple games

If you want small games without graphics then text adventure is for you if you want graphics try using Java. It has some graphics library. Also visual basic is a good alternative.
