Refunds are handled by the respective payment processor. In sololearn's case Google Play Store, or Apple App Store. Contact support of the app (google or apple) from where you subscribed, try the app store interface if it's doable. Usually you can cancel your subscription in 3days. Anything more is difficult.

Outside this feel free to contact sololearn via settings, feedback, other. They could provide some more assistance on the issue.

I think cash is not refundable.
