Schedule windows to auto turn itself on and run a browser, open URL and download movie

Is there a way in which i can make windows auto turn itself on and open a browser to download a movie in the time interval of 00:00 to 6 am in the morning because i have night data plans and i cant download them at that time because of fatigue, Thanks....

Timothy Njiru ah? seems like the query isn't clear kindly define it clearly. As you are asking to download a movie!!!

If a computer is turned off, you can't turn it on internally. The only possible way I can think of is using an external device (like a raspberry pi) and have it manually turn on the computer by trigerring the turn on/off button.

The second step would be to make a script run automatically at start-up and download the movie.

The only problem I can with this (aside from not being able to download the movie with a script) is the password login when you boot Windows, I am unsure if you can disable it.
