First, complete the basics of c++ from Sololearn, then solve some very simple programming questions. When you are quite comfortable with the language and its syntax and its working, start learning its deep end..
You can get good resources on C++ on geeksforgeeks.org.
Complete its tutorial, and then move to Hackerrank.com.
Solve the C++ proficiency and then solve Problem Solving section.
When you complete all of the question on C++ and problem solving in hackerrank, then move to Codechef.com and start competing.
