Autorun.inf unplug partition of usb

Question

Hi, I have USB divided into partitions, one is of for files and second for operating system, I'd like to make that second partition not automaticaly plug in

We know programming, not necessarily managing partitions of a USB.
I'm just saying you can get better and faster answers somewhere out there (Idk, a hardware forum, maybe Reddit)
