Compiler not working on CodeBlocks

Question

I am new to learning C++ and just downloaded CodeBlocks. I am having trouble creating/running a program because a notification always pops up saying I haven't downloaded the compiler yet. I downloaded the MinGW version in Windows. If any of you guys have a solution, please respond.
