English has nothing to do with coding
You might only need to master the keywords

I think backend don't need grammer.it involves only coding words in English which you will automatically remembered with practicing codes.
In frontend you may have to deliver content to client.so it required better grammer.
But designing pages don't require grammer so you can try that aslo.
English has wide range of users and programmers that's why it is in craze.
Conclusion:-
You can't deliver content (only but can do it in other languages) in English to client if your English grammer is weak.So don't worry about it do what you want to do in your own language.
My view..

Mostly all the high level programming languages use English literals for coding syntax.
However you do not need to be master in English to learn any programming language.
For a person who has no basic knowledge of English might find difficult to get around and learn the coding in syntax and literals, but with continues learning and practice you would be able to learn any programming language you want.
In short English does not play any role in learning programming.

Okay.
Programming requires 70% - 20% english, Sure, you have to use the english keyboard and alphabet but programming is a language in itself
Keep trying and you will become a pro programmer!
