First thing you cannot become expert in all fields it great you are interested in all field but if u want to become master in any Field then you have to Focus on Field . First set interested field.
For software development you need to learn cpp,java , python......
Web development languages Html js css ,node js ,
AI- required languages python , java ,cpp

Felix- Gena you can learn everything but try to concentrate on one thing firstly. As the options you have given are totally different. Of you wanna AI then start with python. If you wanna become web dev start with html/css/js and some other things are too there.
