How can I practice advanced topics like delegates, events, collections, interfaces, filehandling etc

I'm trying to practice advancing topics in c# while learning it, because if I don't I will forget it. But I don't have a laptop or computer to start a project and some the practice sites like hackerrank have lots problems don't go deep. They only focus on easier stuff. How can I practice all the stuff.

That is a difficult question when you do not have a computer to practice. You can go to the public library where always has computers for everyone, I think so.
