Which language should i learn to make a new 64 operating system having great graphic user interface ?

I want to make a new operating system like Apple's watch os for my self made hardware which language should I learn to make it?

if you are asking such a question, then you are far from doing that soon. At first try to read, understand how unix work. Read the codes, understand the kernel and try to modify them. However, the kernel is c/c++ the gui can be anything, for example if I'm not mistaken, Ubuntu's gui (Unity) is written in Python or at least uses some.
