When will Python Have a Library for Mobile App Development

Python is a very good programming language owing to the vast library available except a library for developing mobile app. When will this library be available if you know any please recommend.

Funny thing is I get a lot of people who say Python is better than Ruby... This just gives another reason why it's not because Ruby has gems for mobile app development which make the most secure apps btw

But is so why is Java considered better in app development than python. Even as we all know python is best programming language in today's world? I want to know cause I have to pick one of them but I want to focus more on app development.
