Im struggling to get my head around this !

Question

Im struggling to get my head around this coding/scripting thing im trying to learn java script for for the unity programe but even if im following tutorials online or via and app ect it just isnt working i keep getting errors and even if i follow the unity guide bit by bit i dont seem to be getting it right any ideas to help me learn ?? thanks for any help u can give i really wanna learn just not off to a good start :(

look up The Coding Train on youtube
hes got Everything to do with javascript.
he uses a library called p5.js it is Extremely helpful. I would Highly recommend watching him.
you can start with the basics or watch him jump right in. whatever helps you learn.

The JavaScript language in Unity is different to the common javascript scripting language. A lot of people getting confused when dealing with. I rather prefer C# in Unity. If your code still wont work but you followed official Unity guide, you better post your code or explain your intentions more detailed for us to help.

does it matter that he is talking about web and im interested in game/apps in unity ? is it all the same ?

I have never used unity. but if you want to learn javascript. watxh Those videos. then apply it as needed in unity.
