Bcz you r not understanding it in efficient way.

Es6 makes your code efficient less code and more result.

In basic , every thing was visible to u , which make it beutiful for u but it increases the code length.

Functions in ES 6 look normal to me

Do you mean arrow functions (aka inline functions)?

arg1 => typeof arg1

Looks pretty and clean to me.
