Is wordpress good to learn? will i be able to use JS libraries? really manipulate it to make it look like a real website? what are your thoughts on WP?

WP is a Content Management System (or CMS) that provides a nice hook-able core code base to work with. You can make amazing websites in WP... and yes, you can use JS libraries.
