there are a lot IDEs and it depends on your choose But must important thing is that they have features like auto completion auto error detection, syntex hi-lighting i recommend one of these two NetBeans IDE , Eclipse i hobe it helped thnks

Go with Aptana Studio. Its very easy to code with all web technology like HTML,css,js,php etc in a single platform.. happy coding :-)
