How can I create my official website?

I am planning to greate official online radio webpage. How can do it? Where can I go and purchase domain and there how can I use my codings and how can I manage website all day long.....

Well, it's not so easy.
If you are planning to create static HTML website, you can use GitHub pages or find any other free hosting, buy domain at namecheap or any other service.
But if you want to make really good website, you need to learn one of the backend technology. It can be node.js, Django, Spring Boot or smth else. Technology will provide you flexible way to manage your website.
The most easy way is to use WordPress, 37% of web working on this technology.
