Wich one is better : PyGTK or PyQt5 for making GUIs on windows by python?

I have been looking for GUI modules and frameworks. found those 2 awesome ways to create GUI. the thing that really matters to me for a GUI is to be elegant and easy to build. I am working on PyQt5 right now, but it does not work for commercial use in future because the licensing by developer thing. I am thinking that I might make something to be sold.
