Why all programming languages are not fully supported on android?

No not impossible at all . If you are a beginner and starting with programing you can go through IDE for android.

Infact I do so and I made application tooo with my same smartphone. Yes ofcourse it will take much more space and memory to run .

Not inpossible but if you have an android with 32gb ram it will be good for graphics and big project.There are some ide for python java js c cpp but require more space and hight cpu usage to create games and modules.
