Is there anyway to delete old accounts on here?

I've been on and off this app for quite some time. I lost all the email accounts from previous accounts I have on here. Is there anyway I can have my old accounts deleted?

The only way is to send a mail of your old accounts link to [e-mail].

From registered mail, send mail to : [e-mail] for requesting detete account.
Or Open account in app, and send request for delete from in-app options.. But doubt 2nd will work or not. First is the only way I guess...
